Returns & Exchanges

Zulu & Zephyr offers returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided they are in original condition with tags attached. Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments with all original packaging and hygiene liners intact into a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your parcel at any authorized postal drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
